Rationing of fuel and energy resources(FER) costs – establishing ofplanned, objectively necessary value of consumption per unit of output, executed works or services with specified quality.

The main task of rationing is to establish objective planned indexes of energy intensity of production, strengthen the balance and accuracy of forecasts, as well as the identification of reserves and promoting the effective using of energy in production.

At the level of specific production, experts from UPO "SCEAEMU"develop methodology of fuel and energy resources costs taking into account the implementation of organizational and technical measures (new equipment, new technologies, using of more economical raw materials and materials), establish cost standards separately for products (work, services) of each species, and can also set the enlarged FER consumption rates per unit of commodity products.

І Technological :

  • energy consumption in the execution of processes, including the costs of maintaining technological units in hot standby, in their warm-up and commissioning after maintenance (washing machines, rinse machine washing baths for parts, bath vyvarennya cabins, oparennya frames, bowls block, blocks, receivers, motors, cleaning of outdoor units and machines, other process equipment, electric furnaces, welding machines, equipment for plating, units and installations for the production of compressed air, pumps, motors, bus and taxi transportation).
  • loss of heat and electricity in industrial units and plants

ІІ Plant-wide thermal and electrical energy costs on:

  1. the costs of energy resources belonging to the technological standards;
  2. the costs of energy resources to supporting needs of the plant (site):
  • heating, ventilation of shops, workshops, separate premises;
  • lighting;
  • work of intrashop transport;
  • work of shop repair workshops;
  • economic-household and sanitary needs of the workshop or site (showers, sinks, etc..);
  • technically unavoidable losses of energy in the internal workshop (district) networks and converters.

ІІІ General manufacturing around the factory:

  1. the costs of energy resources belonging to the general manufacturing shop standards;
  2. technically unavoidable losses of energy in factory networks and converters to shop items;
  3. the costs of energy resources to supporting needs of the enterprise:
    • compressed air production
    • oxygen production; 

    • generator gas production;
    • water supply;

    •  

      production needs of auxiliary and service shops, sections and services (repair, instrumental, factory laboratories, warehouses, etc.) including lighting, ventilation and heating;
    • work of interfactory transports (electric cars, railmotor cars, cranes, trucks, pneumatic and hydraulic transport);
    • outdoor lighting of territory.
